AccuClaim is a business-to-business application intended solely for restoration professionals operating within the United States.

  • Job addresses and property information

  • Photos, videos, floor plans, annotations

  • Voice-to-text documentation

  • Notes, reports, and claim-related data

Technical & Usage Data

  • Device type and operating system

  • App usage activity and interaction logs

  • IP address

  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics

Location Data

  • GPS or job-site-based location data used for operational and documentation purposes

Offline Data

  • Data captured while offline that syncs once connectivity is restored

  • When accounts are created and configured by administrators

  • When users enter or upload data within the App

  • When media, documentation, or job information is captured

  • Automatically through app analytics and monitoring tools

  • When offline data syncs to our systems

  • Provide and operate AccuClaim functionality

  • Generate and manage claim documentation

  • Support scheduling, collaboration, and reporting

Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may create and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from information collected through the App. This aggregated data does not identify you, your organization, or any individual user.

Aggregated data may be used to analyze performance trends, improve our services, develop benchmarks, and generate industry insights across all Intelligent Restoration clients.

Aggregated data may be retained and used after account termination and may be shared externally, provided it does not contain Personal Information or identify any client.


4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal data.

Information may be shared with trusted third parties solely to operate the App, including:

  • Cloud infrastructure and storage providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure)

  • Analytics and performance monitoring services

All third parties are contractually required to safeguard data.

AccuClaim is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

AccuClaim is not designed to store or process HIPAA-covered data. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws when entering information into the App.
