When accounts are created and configured by administrators
When users enter or upload data within the App

When offline data syncs to our systems

We may create and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from information collected through the App. This aggregated data does not identify you, your organization, or any individual user.
Aggregated data may be used to analyze performance trends, improve our services, develop benchmarks, and generate industry insights across all Intelligent Restoration clients.
Aggregated data may be retained and used after account termination and may be shared externally, provided it does not contain Personal Information or identify any client.

Cloud infrastructure and storage providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
